Frit Shading & Painting
July 15 & 16, 2024
Learn how to create 3-dimensional paintings using sheet glass, Frit and paints. No painting or drawing skills required, but glass cutting experience helpful as each student will cut numerous pieces of glass for their "canvases" using pattern pieces. This is a great opportunity to learn a whole new fusing skill.

Designing with Fusible Accessories
July 17 & 18, 2024
Two days of non-stop techniques - This workshop will provide you with a whole new way to work with accessories as means to enhance your fused glass designs. In this class, students will explore numerous possibilities for using Frit, Stringer, Rods, Murrini, Twisted Cane®, Specialty Clear Texture Classes, and Glass Paints.

Painting with Frit Workshops. Scandia has been teaching her Frit Painting technique for over 14 years.
Scandia has designed and led many dozens of workshops through the over 15 years she's been teaching fused glass classes. She continues to teaches glass fusing technique-based workshops off-site, by request.
1 and 2 Day Workshops can be available in a wide range of techniques. Her approach to hands-on teaching and to supporting attendees success during classes have always earned Scandia high marks from those that have enrolled in her workshops.
