And a special thank you to the fabulous group of volunteer ukulele musicians that treated us to a wonderful jam session & singalong following my artist talk on June 13th. So fun! Scandia has designed and led many workshops since 2008. She continues to teach technique-based workshops focused on her own artistic style and methods at various Art Glass Suppliers, by request. She teaches using Oceanside Glass® (originally System 96®) products.
Classes are generally 2-3 Day Workshops in a wide range of techniques. Her approach to hands-on teaching and to supporting attendees success during classes have earned Scandia high marks from those that have taken her workshops. Current offerings include: Alluring Landscapes in Glass & Light, Floral Art Displays, and her original signature painting technique, called
"Frit Shading".
